Diving Tulamben is one of the most exciting adventures in any divers life

Tulamben is a world known dive spot where you can dive the USAT Liberty wreck as a shore dive. You can find more than 300 different kind of species like bumphead parrot fishes, sharks, black, yellow and blue ribbon eals and critters. Depending of the season you can see many different kind of Ghostpipefishes. Unfortunately Tulamben is only 2,5 hrs from Kuta/Sanur area, so most of the divers choose a day trip to Tulamben for 2 dives only. They dive the Liberty wreck and the Drop Off and they have only a small chance to explore the beautiful underwaterworld of Tulamben.

Matahari Tulamben Resort with the Tulamben Dive Center is a small balinese dive resort and running by balinese owners. The resort has a good restaurant directly at the beach. For refreshing you can use the swimming pool with the pool bar and for relaxing you will find sunbeds at the beach, at the sun terrace with view to the Mount Agung and in the garden. In the garden you can also use the hammocks. Its not a 5-star-resort but we try to do everything to make you happy.

We offer different kinds of dive packages with accomodations in bungalows or superior rooms. You can get a package for

• a) 4 days/3 nights in superior room including 10 dives, fullboard and transfers.
• b) 14 days/13 nights in bungalow with breakfast, 10 days unlimited diving, 1 day sightseeing and transfers.
• c) If you don’t like to stay overnight we offer also exclusive day trips to Tulamben with 2 dives and sightseeing: Ricefields, Tirta Gangga Waterpalace and Goa Lawah (one of the six holiest Bali-Temples with Bat-Cave and Phytons).

Additional information

If you are not yet a certified diver you can try an introductory dive to get a first impression from the amazing underwater world or you can make a PADI-dive course. On request you can get your special offer for your needs. The friendly staff and Mrs. Suci (owners) would be happy  to welcome you.
